Server log shows Warning Lstat: CreateFile ..

When you see an error message like this in the server logs:

Warning Lstat: CreateFile \\?\XXXX\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopyXX\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\file.exe: The file cannot be accessed by the system

• Problem: Backup fails or shows warning similar to above.
• Cause: The files indicated don't need to be backed up, since the Windows Store will just reinstall them automatically.
• Solution: Exclude the directories. This can be done across multiple customers by using the policy feature.
