Billing Information

Magnus Box utilizes Stripe to handle our billing and subscription management. In order to manage your payment method, view past invoices and more, you can access our billing portal by navigating to the following link: https://billing.magnusbox.com/p/login/4gw01I1K58Dugwg7ss. You can also conveniently access this on our website at magnusbox.com by clicking "Billing" in the header in the top right-hand corner of the page.

Invoice Cycle

Magnus Box produces invoices on the 1st of every month. This invoice includes the past month's license usage and the next month's platform fee. All invoices are issued on Net 7 terms. We can also issue invoices on the 10th of the month with approval from Magnus Box.

Credit Card & ACH Auto Pay

All credit cards will be charged the same day the invoice is issued. All subscriptions are on auto-pay. Please contact us at billing@magnusbox.com if you would like to request an opt-out of auto-pay.
