Backups trigger twice

Sometimes, if a backup is scheduled to initiate "When PC starts" and "When PC starts, if the last job was Missed", two separate jobs will start. This is problematic because each backup will skip itself because another backup is in progress.

To resolve this, select only a single 'PC Start' option to avoid duplicate jobs starting. To air on the side of caution, we recommend selecting the "When PC starts" option to ensure a backup starts regardless of the last backup state.
