Accessing Your Portal

Your Magnus Box journey begins with accessing your portal. You should have received two emails:

  • Portal access email with your credentials
  • Welcome email with the next steps

First Login Steps

  1. Visit your portal URL
  2. Enter your credentials provided in the email
  3. Click your account name in the upper right corner and click My account
  4. Set your new password
  5. Setup two-factor authentication
